For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared enclosed garden of 19 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Denis, in a pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
