We had a great stay for our week in Paris. Apartment itself was perfect for 2 people.There is a fantastic patisserie near by and quick metro/bus access. We used the metro mainly and appreciated how close it was after a long day of walking.

The host was most gracious and informative and timely. The apartment was just perfect for my stay. It was a lovely little nest and everyone needs that when visiting a big city. Thanks again! We would stay again should we be back in Paris!

The apartment was adequately appointed, but upon arrival I had to clean and wipe kitchen surfaces. The fridge was not clean and had old food in it . Upon leaving the owner was verbally abusive re how we left the apartment. We tidied up and made up the sleeper couch , but didn’t wash dishes or laundry. We were unaware that the owner expected it to be cleaned for the next person . No where in the booking did it mention that we were to leave it as we found it . The only thing we overlooked was to not take out the recycling and garbage. It was a good place to stay although area was a little sketchy at night . It was fine during the day . Be aware that you will be required to clean thoroughly before leaving.

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et confortable, au 3 étage d'un immeuble calme. Bonne isolation thermique et phonique. Le métro (station Max Dormoy, ligne 12) est au pied de l'immeuble. Nombreux commerces et un marché couvert à proximité. Abdellatif est un hôte sérieux et agréable.

I did not meet teh host, but he was always responsive when I texted him. The apartment was small, very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to the nearest metro. One caveat -- those with mobility issues should be aware that the apartment is accessed only by three flights of stairs. There is no elevator.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Paris. The metro and bus are both right at the front door so you can visit all of the landmarks. The area is a vibrant culturally diverse community that gives you a good feel of Paris outside the tourist areas. The host is friendly and communication was excellent. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was as advertised. It is a third floor walkup, but it is right next to a metro station and a bus stop. The street is a main one and lively, but the windows do filter out the street noise, and there are many places to eat nearby. The host was available for questions and getting in was a breeze once detailed instructions were sent.

Top notch!

Wish we could have stayed longer. This was a very clean, well appointed apartment. The host was extremely helpful and communicative and the location was right next to a subway station so it was easy to get anywhere you wanted. Very clean, with comfortable beds!

Merci à Latif pour sa réactivité, son attention et sa gentillesse.Je me suis sentie très bien dans son appartement, il est bien conçu, avec un espace jour et un espace nuit distincts. La cuisine est bien équipée.La salle de bains aussi. La douche est vaste et bien chaude. La literie confortable. Et tout est propre et bien décoré. Bref j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Je reviendrai volontiers.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in der Küche waren sogar Kaffee Filter, Tee sowie Gewürze (u.a. Salz, Soja-Sauce) vorhanden.Einzig die Umgebung ist sehr laut, man hört viel Straßenlärm sowie die Nachbarn im Haus.

Die Wohnung war liebevoll und modern ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir zu wenig Zeit die Wohnung zu nutzen, da wir die ganze Zeit in Paris unterwegs waren. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung entsprach jeglichen Wünschen, so dass man den Aufenthalt genießen konnte. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt, daneben direkt eine Bäckerei und die Bus- und Metrohaltestellen direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Kurz Trip in privater Atmosphäre

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung im 18ten Arrondissement.Dir Küche war Top ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Tee, Öl, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter.Bad sauber mit genügend Toilettenpapier, Hygiene Artikel ecc. Waschmaschine war auch vorhanden, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert.Da unser Flug schon früh in Paris gelandet ist durften wir statt um 14 Uhr schon um 10.30 Uhr in die Wohnung.Die Gegend ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.Waren sehr viele komische Gestalten unterwegs die auch vor der Türe mit irgendwas gehandelt haben.Die Metrostation und Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.Bäckereien und Supermarkt auch direkt vor der Tür.Trotz der komischen Gegend würden wir trotzdem diese Unterkunft wählen wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen würden.Lieber Latif danke fpr alles es hat uns in Deiner Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.Liebe Grüße Teresa mit Familie

Schöner Aufenthalt für Städtetrip

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung, schönes Appartement. Es war alles genauso wie online beschrieben.Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Metro Station mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten.Es ist eine stark befahrene Straße und dadurch ist es noch nachts ziemlich laut. Das sollte man einfach wissen.Aber das ist eben in einer Großstadt so, uns hat es nicht weiter gestört.Gerne wieder!

Agréables séjour dans le petit Riad

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans l appart de Latif. Il est très propre la cuisine est très bien équipée la literie est très confortable et bien décorer avec soin Latif très gentil toujours répond présent le quartier est super animée il y a tout se que nous avons besoin le métro est au pieds de l'immeuble la choses qui facilite le déplacement sans perdre du temps. Franchement rien à dire sûrement nous retourneront à notre prochain voyage.
