Excellent property for a family trip to Paris

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean & as described online. The apt is located on the 5th floor; an elevator goes to the 3rd floor, then there are stairs to the 5th floor. Each bedroom had a double bed, & they were very comfortable with nice sheets & pillows. Sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, too. The bathroom was stocked with plush towels & a starter supply of bath products. FYI, the toilet/sink is in one space & the shower/sink is in another space across the hallway. The kitchen had dishes, utensils, pots, etc. It also had a washing machine. We couldn't get the clothes dry enough with the machine, so we hung items to dry. All windows except kitchen & bath had room darkening curtains. The unit doesn’t have AC, but there were a couple large fans that worked well. The apt is a 10–15-minute walk to the nearest metro with several bakeries, restaurants, & shops along the way including a mini-market across the street for bottled water, soda, snacks, etc. We felt safe in the neighborhood & the apt was very quiet. The only little issue we had was communicating with the property management company on the day we arrived. It ended up working out just fine, but it was a bit stressful. Overall, we’d highly recommend this property.

Central Location for Seeing France

The property was as advertised. It is close to train stations and the metro, which made it easy to see not only Paris attractions, but sites in the countryside as well. Multiple attractions were also within walking distance. We would recommend.

Excellent Apartment in Paris

We stayed in this apartment for a week in Jan'24 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Communicating with the agency was really easy and the check-in process was seamless. They were very cordial to deal with, they contacted us the day after check-in to make sure all was well. The 2 bedroom apartment itself is beautiful and generous in proportions, ideally suited for a family of 4 or two couples. The pull-out double sofa beds in the loungeroom further add sleeping space for larger families, but does eat into the lounge area space. The apartment was very clean, with modern appliances and all necessary cooking and cleaning utensils at hand. The large capacity combination washing machine & dryer was a bonus. There was ample quantity of towels too. It was cold in Paris during our stay, but the apartment remained toasty warm throughout. All main rooms have opening windows and we found fans in the cupboards for summer use. Site access was easy enough, but note that our apartment was on the 5th floor and the lift only serviced floors 1 to 3, this may be challenging for guests with large suitcases or mobility restrictions. There are 3 Metro stations less than10 minutes walk (depending what line you want to catch). Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are also found within 5 minute walking distances. Carparking is 3 minutes on the same road. In all, we loved our stay, and would easily recommend the agency and accommodation to family and friend when visiting Paris.

Right in the heart of a bustling neighborhood

Very pleased with the apartment and the location. We walked most everywhere from here. Please do not indicate elevator when the elevator only reaches the third floor and the apartment is on the 5th floor. We definately recommend this place. The communication with livinparis was perfect.

Paris Stay

The location of the property was good. Safe and quiet side street but close to many shops and restaurants. The VRBO site says it is a 1 1/2 bath but it is only 1 bath with one toilet and one shower total. The beds are also not queen as listed on the site, they are doubles so be aware of that since they are quite small. Overall the property was clean and the check in process was smooth.
