This apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped American kitchen, a dining room and a large living room in which you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian character and its loft aspect and large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining room has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

The space was lovely- the three bathrooms (one with toilet and shower, one with toilet, and one with shower) worked out very well as it allowed multi-use when preparing to go out. The apartment is clean and spacious- and in a lovely neighborhood. We felt less like tourists and more like natives! Hosts were fantastic.

Family Paris Trip

Beautiful spacious apartment. On quiet side street. Conveniently close to restaurants, steps to metro and groceries. good communication. Clean, easy check in. Beds were comfortable , kitchen well equipped. photos are representative. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in Paris.

Wonderful apartment - squeeky clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The location is in a lovely neighborhood with many great restaurants within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to book this again.

Disappointing based on the price

The furniture was rather worn and the area rug in the living room was frayed and very worn. There were no rugs in the bedrooms, would be nice not to get out of bed onto a bare wood surface. The kitchen had very few utensils to cook with, however had a large selection of plates, bowls and glasses available. On the website it said it would be available by 3pm, but when we arrived at 3:30 it was still being cleaned due to some issue with prior guests (so we were told). We had to leave for an hour while they finished. It would have been appropriate to have been told about the delay prior to our arrival. The building is just fine, however we arrived on a Saturday and someone had a party in the building that night, which went on until 1:00am. Aren't there limits and timelines for noise in this area? Given the age of the building, noise carries and it was a very unpleasant first night.

Such a beautiful apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment. It has three spacious bedrooms, a large dining room, and a separate sitting area. Fans are stashed in the closet if the weather gets too warm. The apartment is in a central location to explore the Marais and close to multiple metro stops, making it easy to explore Paris. Communication with the property manager was seamless and Adonis, the gentleman who welcomed us to the property both times, is so wonderful and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot for families who want a comfortable spot from which to discover Paris.

Great location - No AC

Overall a great place to stay! We had our 4 kids and stayed mid June. The unit does not have AC which we thought would be okay, but was pretty toasty. They do have fans, which helped but was pretty warm. One of the bedrooms does is between the living room and other bedroom, which does not provide much privacy and does not cool down as there are no windows in that room. The master bedroom had a shower, but no toilet. The area is great. Close to the Metro, great restaurants and shopping nearby. The space is nice, clean, comfortable.

Amazing service and very nice place

The location is great. Near the metro. Very clean and incredibly spacious especially for Paris. Highly recommend. Most important is their service. We left a passport after we had vacated on a Sunday morning. Within 15 minutes Elise had the handyman there and we made our flight! She is incredible. Can’t give enough stars for her prompt and dedicated hostess skills. Bravissima!

Such a great neighborhood!

We had the best time in Paris and loved our stay in this apartment. It was very comfortable for all six of us and extremely convenient. It was literally steps from a metro station, grocery store, bakeries, fun shops, etc. We appreciated being able to do some wash while we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment in great location

My parents, husband, my two kids (6 and 8) and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was very clean and check in was seamless. It's very spacious by Paris standards, and we really enjoyed having the small kitchen, dining room and living room for extra space. It was incredibly quiet as well, and in a great neighborhood. Highly recommend!

What an experience...

Let's start with the punchline... The property and the management team were amazing. We (a family of 4 and a family of 3) stayed at the property for over a week and had the greatest experience. The property was exactly as advertised and we felt very at home there. We cooked some of our meals there and we also had guests over to entertain. The experience could not have gone any better from an accommodation standpoint. From a practicality standpoint, the property was so conveniently located next to public transportation, groceries, local walking sites, etc that is makes it extremely easy to blend into the local scene. It also had all the amenities from laundry to dish washing that made it easy and convenient to pack lightly even for a long stay, and save on eating out all the time. I would recommend this property over a hotel without any reservations.

Very nice apartment in a great location

We booked online, were contacted immediately, and got check-in scheduled. It was a nice easy check-in process with really nice folks. The apartment was exactly as it looked online. Very clean, comfortable and in a great convenient location. The property manager checked in with us midweek and again before checkout. They were great!

I would stay here again

The location is superb and everything about the check in process was easy and streamlined. The apartment is very comfortable and having the elevator is an added bonus. If I were to have one complaint - the primary bedroom does not have a toilet. Both toilets are next to each other off the dining room. I would totally stay here again.

Lovely and Clean Place, Ideal Location
