The room was lovingly decorated. the pool was great if quite chilly. the reception area was very fragrant. our room had malfunctioning lighting the first night but thankfully they changed us after. i spaß they could have changed us right away but we coped ok. the shuttle on the first trip there was a bit nightmarish as way to full and there didn’t seem to be enough buses for people waiting.

Great stay! From the moment you enter the hotel it smells amazing, and all the screens, decor, etc. do add to the “magic” feel. 😀 Free shuttle to the Disneyland park, as well we took that shuttle to the train station (it’s directly across from Disneyland Paris) and took the train into Paris for the day of sightseeing, the buffet breakfast was amazing daily and over all a great great stay! Would stay again and highly recommend! Couple things to note: small, tight rooms, but had what you need, the shuttle to the airport is available but isn’t free, and the hallways at times were loud, but is expected as the excited children were coming and going to Disney!! Great stay!

Beautiful hotel, only thing i can say that would improve it would be if the cleaners picked up empty bottles, glasses and cutlery that are lining the corridor, just done a 4 night stay and same glasses and bottles still there after 4 days, this lets it down, everything else was fab

This hotel room is not good at accessible bathrooms. They put the on off switch to the show on top of where the seat is for person to sit so you land up bumping the switch to boiling burning yourself and the floor is slippery. Maintenance did nothing about it and we were there for 4 days.

The hotel was very well kept and the staff were really friendly. The bedrooms were lovely and clean. Beds comfy and room were lovely and warm when we arrived back from freezing temperatures. The breakfast was great for a quick bite before hitting the parks. The free shuttle runs very often from around 8am to the parks. Do bear in mind though that the shuttle from the Disney Parks can get very crowded at the end of the day. Lots of taxi drivers trying to get you back for €20. You can book an Uber for about €11/12 euros or it is walkable in around 20mins to 30 mins. Would definitely stay again
