The space
The apartment is located in a heritage building dating back to the 18th century, along the ancient Gallo-Roman road that formed the cardo of Lutetia, latin name for Paris.

Important: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible only by stairs (no elevator).

The apartment includes:

- 1 Dining room with seating for 8
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with a shower and WC, one with a bathtub and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)
- 1 Separate WC

3 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed for two people

The apartment is comfortable for 6 people and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys in a secure box situated inside the mailbox
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 2nd floor (stairs)
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
