The beds werre comfy and the front desk did let us check in early. The pool was super cold, hot tub isn't open the the weekends and neither is the restaurant, the pub is non existent, no ice machine at all in the hotel, shuttle was cery limited to only 8 people every 1.5 hours but clised from 1030 to 4. Carpets were gross! Undated furniture's and no ac! Very very disappointed!

shuttle from CDG now only runs twice am and pm. at 07.30 and 09.30 and 18.30 & 19.30. so I got a UBER at Euro 12. only problem is typically French in that Uber departs, not from area indicated by all signage at ground level next to taxis but from immediately above via a lift. fortunately the driver came downstairs on foot collect me. astonishing!, you couldn’t make it up! check in quick & convenient, efficient lift, nice warm large room with comfortable bed & bath tub. great atmospheric bar and tasty steak frites for dinner. took Uber back at 08.30 as shuttle time inconvenient for 10.30 departure

I booked this hotel for 2 weeks for a family stay assuming has a swimming pool as states there. However the pool was closed for all the time with no explanation and depressing. Sadly I wasn’t there as I had other commitments just sent my family. If I would have being there, would have have being a different way. I would cancel the stay and arrange other ways my poor family didn’t knew what to do as staff kept lying them saying might open soon. Still I will fight for my money back as this is breach of sales agreement

Underwhelmed in Paris.

The hotel advertises that an airport shuttle is available on demand. That was not the case. We were told the shuttle only runs in the morning and late in the evening so if your flight arrives in the afternoon then you must pay for a taxi. The rooms telephone was not working and the restaurant didn’t seem to be operating.

The hotel is well decorated, rooms are big and comfortable. The dining area is cozy a d the Manager called So sad so welcoming and attentive that I stayed on the property for lunch dinner and breakfast. Also, the pool is a dream
