This hotel made a FRAUDULENT CHARGE to my card. I stayed here from October 3-4, 2025. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle. We had an early morning flight and I wanted a hotel that would offer safe transport. The room smelled awful. We also had an awful experience with getting spots on the shuttle. Essentially, the shuttle was mentioned in the booking and welcome emails as available to all, but when you go to reserve a spot, they tell you it is "only for VIP persons". Many people had to book an Uber or taxi. We did eventually get spots on the shuttle, and the driver said there was no such VIP rule. Regarding the fraudulent charge: I used my card for the normal hold they apply, and although the hold was later reversed, a new charge appeared 2 days later. I emailed the hotel, and they said they would get in touch with the front desk to understand why this charge was applied. I emailed a few times and never got an answer. I contacted Visa about this, and they later reversed the charge. However, I just got a letter notifying me that they would be re-applying the charge. The hotel said I authorized payment for their tourist taxes with my card. I actually paid that in cash and have the receipt. Visa sent me the hotel's "proof", which is a receipt with someone else's name and address, for a stay from Oct 3-6. I could not have possibly authorized this purchase, but my credit card info is listed on the receipt as “pre-authorized”.

Pros: Comfortable and big bed, nice, hot shower, and free airport shuttle provided for most of the day means we did not have to pay for transport to airport. Cons: Rooms are very far from elevators, the rooms are quite old and the furniture is old and scratched, the carpet had stains. The room was not the cleanest room but it was functional for the 1 night we spent. Reception staff were not really friendly and did not even greet us when we arrived until I said we had a booking. The front entrance was not accessible when we arrived so we walked over the barrier where the garden was.

The coffee pot cord did not reach the outlet. Had to put it on the floor. The reservation said complimentary breakfast and yet we were told we didn't have the right reservation for breakfast. The shuttle driver was irritable and unhelpful. I would not stay at this property again.

I had a pleasant stay at the Millennium Hotel near CDG. The room was very clean and comfortable, though the décor and furnishings were a bit dated. Despite that, everything was well maintained and functional. The staff were friendly, check-in was smooth, and the location was convenient for an overnight stay near the airport. Overall, a good experience with just a little room for modernization.

When we checked in, the man said he’d just started his shift, yet he was short and curt with us. When we got to our room, there were two damp and dirty hand towels, folded like they were new. Ewww. Got replacements but had to go back to reception to request new ones. The toilet was dirty, the carpeting had seen better days, and the hotel sign outside was very bright in our room above the curtains, even tho they were blackout curtains. But the resto had fabulous steak for dinner, and breakfast was good. This stay was for only one night, so hotel was adequate. Glad they had a shuttle to CDG.

Instead of ranting about my unhappiness, I will just state the facts. 1- when I arrived, the systems were down. They asked me to sit and wait. They will come to me when it’s fixed. 2- while waiting a man was loudly complaining about their booking and his room. 3- after waiting for over 1 hour, I walked up to check if the system was up and they told me the system was up. They never came to get me. 4- I asked to sign up for the airport shuttle the next morning, I was told there was no need and to just be down 15 minutes before it leaves. 5- when they attempted to take the 100 euro hold for the room, the payment would not go through. We tried two credit cards, she then asked me if I had the available balance. I did. 6- I asked if the machine needs to be restarted because of the system shutdown? She said no. I asked if I could just go up to my room and then come down in about 1 hour because I’ve been travelling all day. She said no, it was against policy. 7- After some more time, someone restarted the machine and voila! Now it works. 8- the room smelled like cigarettes and was furnished very 1970s and not in a good way. 9- the next morning I went to use the shuttle, I was told that only people flying with another airline could. Also the shuttle was full. They offered to call me a taxi. 10- taxi and ride shares take forever to get to you. I also suggest you avoid the pub, food was bad. Breakfast is good, you just cannot bring your luggage. You can pick better hotels.

Give it a miss! I called the hotel before I booked to confirm that the hotel shuttle would be operating at our arrival time. They woman at the front desk assure me that the shuttle would still be running. The Expedia information I received also confirmed the times the woman gave me were accurate. We got to the airport pick up area and called the hotel again. They gave me different times and advised that the last shuttle left 5mins prior to my call which was almost an hour prior to the advertised shuttle times. I got to the hotel via taxi and asked to be reimbursed for the taxi ride since the information from the hotel was incorrectly advertised. The receptionist gave me a card with an email and told me to send my request to the front office email. I did so and have not received any responses at all. Also I booked 2 double rooms which showed the beds s being double beds. We were given 2 rooms with 2 single beds. I will never stay here again. For those looking for a cost effective room for the night try the B&B Hotel instead. There was a dedicated employee at the airport shuttle stand who was helpful.

If the shuttle even ran, it was once an hour only - even if you were left stranded. At check in, the staff was not informative at all. No information about the stay was given unless one asked. At check in we were told breakfast was included in our stay and in the morning we were told breakfast was not included. Customer service was severely lacking. I would not stay at this hotel again.
