With chic, modernist interiors, this home is just minutes from the iconic Eiffel Tower. With three bedrooms, it is ideal for up to five adults and one child. Close to the banks of the Seine, there is plenty to see in the surrounding area.

LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living area is bright, with lots of natural light from the double aspect windows. The seating area offers several modernist sofas and armchairs, as well as a central coffee table. There is plenty of space in this room, which is decorated with plants, books and artwork.

In the corner, you'll find a dining table and surrounding chairs. This is perfectly positioned by the doors which lead out to the balcony - perfect for a long, summer’s evening.

KITCHEN
Open plan from the living area, the kitchen is modernist in style- with bright red fittings, including the breakfast bar and red barstools. It is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.

PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
The principal bedroom offers a king-sized bed, with bedside tables either side. There is a bookcase opposite, portable air conditioning, and a chest-of-drawers for storage.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a shower, basin and WC, all in contemporary fittings.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is colourful in blue and red and includes a double bed, portable air conditioning, and a desk with chair and shelving.

THIRD BEDROOM
This bedroom includes double bed. Portable air conditioning is also available.

Clean and spacious stay

Great location in a quite neighborhood very close to Eiffel Tower and several transit lines. Plenty of space in the very well appointed apartment. Very relaxing, a great way to experience Paris.

Paris New Year

Flat is located in a quiet street apart but not far from touristic hot spots. All Paris attractions and shops can be accessed easily in walking distance, by bus or/and train. We enjoyed the privacy and space of the very personal location. Thanks for sharing your flat!
