What stood out was the staff. They were pleasant. The cleanliness though of the room was poor. The floor was with hair everywhere and crumby so as the bathroom with molds on the silicon. We stayed for 4 nights and the bedsheets were not changed. I love the area though because it is in front of Gare Du Nord.

A really decent 2* hotel, with lovely views and an amazing location for gare du nord. Staff were friendly. Breakfast eur 8 was decent value - toast, cereal, variety of pastries, eggs, coffee, teas....

Staff was nice. Not sure why I had to pay more when we checked in but it was too late in the evening for me to question why. It’s almost 2026, shower curtains are a thing and should be used in every shower. Stairs were fun. Location was perfect for us.

Room was clean and comfortable with balcony and all staffs were great and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights and then came back and stayed for 2 more nights.will stay again at this hotel when visiting Paris. Hotel location is great gives easy access to anywhere in Paris.

Can’t make too many comments on the hotel as we never got to stay there as our room had been given to others prior to our arrival, very unhelpful staff member even to the point of being rude, basically told us to check all other hotels in the area for vancancies which considering the time of 22.45 was not an easy task, would recommend removing from your list of hotels as this is not a good reflection on your company

The room was good but the shower/tub without a liner was very messy when taking showers, the heater didn't work and was given a portable heater instead of a change of room. All public transportation was nearby. Many restaurants options within the area.

I am always pleasantly surprised when staff go the extra mile. Excellent staff on the desk and at breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms and an outstanding location close to the station, shops and restaurant.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station which also makes it a high trafficked area. The area remains noisy throughout the night but can’t really be heard in the room. The fan didn’t quite make the room cool but windows did open to let in air. Bathroom shower could benefit from a deep clean but the room was comfortable and spacious. Pillows are on the thinner side. Plenty of restaurants that are open late near by as well as a grocery store
