We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Paris, two steps of the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, this charming studio of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen including an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hotplate, a Nespresso coffee machine...
- A sleeping area with queen-size bed (160x200), TV and storage space
- A bathroom with shower and WC

Exterior:
The apartment opens onto a small courtyard of 10m², facing north-east, with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Paris, in the seventh arrondissement, in a very pleasant, calm and family-friendly neighborhood.
The seventh district concentrates many emblematic monuments and great museums. You will be able to discover the Champ de Mars park bordered by the Eiffel Tower only 300 meters from your apartment. To see also: the National Hotel of the Invalides, the Rodin museum, the Basilica Sainte Clothilde etc.
You will benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
The district is very well served by transport (metro and bus).
However, if you choose to come by car, you will be able to park near the accommodation (paying parking).
