We stayed here recently for a week. Our apartment was lovely and was very modern and fresh. The kitchen facilities were ideal of our stay, with supermarkets close by. The location is fantastic, in a nice district with easy access to 6/7 metro/RER lines, making it a great base for seeing Paris and bit beyond (e.g. Disneyland, Versailles). The check-in and check-out process worked smoothly for us. We didn’t really need to see or speak to anyone there, although the staff were very pleasant and helpful when we did. We would happily stay here again.

The lobby and our room were nice and clean but the carpeting in the hallways leading to our room was horribly stained and very smelly. The television never worked the entire 4 days we were there. The various staff members came up 3 separate times to fix it but never did. We were promised a bottle of wine but we received a half bottle of sparkling juice (0% wine). There was very loud construction taking place all day, every day we were there. It was hard to relax. We were not informed that there would be such disruptive noises. But, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything except salt and pepper. The neighborhood was great. Lots of dining, shopping and transportation options and overall just a lovely neighborhood.

Great location for the hotel. However it was not truly a hotel which we didn’t know prior to booking. We had to pay extra to change our towels and bedsheets. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel that they portray themselves as. More like a 4 star if that. The beds were amazing though. Bedding was great. Towels and rooms were very clean.

The property was very nice and clean. It is in a great area which is within walking distance to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and shopping in the Champs de Elysses area.
