The Space:

Welcome to this cosy 60 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue de Sèvres in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual electric radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:

At the border of the 6th and 7th arrondissements, this part of Rue de Sèvres sits in a neighbourhood that combines the intellectual energy of Saint-Germain with the calmer, more residential character of the 7th. The area is well served by shops, cafés and restaurants, and the famous Bon Marché department store and its outstanding Grande Épicerie food hall are just around the corner, making it a wonderful spot for stocking up on provisions or simply browsing. The nearby Rue du Cherche-Midi, with its bakeries and boutiques, is one of the most pleasant streets in the neighbourhood for a morning walk.



The Luxembourg Gardens are a short walk east, and the Musée d'Orsay and the Seine are easily reached on foot heading north. Saint-Sulpice, with its beautiful church and fountain square, is just a few minutes away, and the lively Saint-Germain-des-Prés village is within easy walking distance. The Métro at Duroc and Vaneau gives good access to the rest of the city, making this a very well-connected and enjoyable base for exploring Paris.

Property is very well located with two metro lines (10 and 13) many stores and restaurants and Bon Marche within a 10 minute walk. The building is well maintained with an elevator.. The rental agent was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.The apartment is bright and roomy but could use some improvements: the shower is incredibly small and uncomfortable to use; the sofa is old and uncomfortable; the wooden floor squeaks and in a few places requires repair and the beds could be more comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

If you want to be in the best location in Paris, this is your place. My wife and 26 year old daughter stayed here for 5 nights, and loved it. You could live on this block and never leave! Multiple bakeries, cheese, wine, markets. Several metro stations also. Easy key pick up at the local market, and the elevator was great on our sore walking legs at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, perfect for being near stuff but without the heave of being further in. 2 minute walk to metro. Supermarkets even closer.Perfect for strolling and mooching.Lift is welcome.Flat is lovely, full of French charm. Beds comfy,Check in easy - just get the keys from a shop 5 minutes walk away.Few niggles with the flat but these were sorted out by the quick to respond host.Would deffo stay here again!

This apartment represent the essence of Paris. I loved it. I especially loved that it has an elevator and the two bedrooms are large and at opposite ends of the place, affording more privacy.The only drawback was that we were there during a heat wave and the fans in the apartment didn’t function.

Lovely traditional paris apartment: long french windows, wrought-iron Juliet balconies, decorative ceiling cornices, original fireplaces & polished wood floors. 2 large double bedrooms, spacious lounge diner with neat kitchen off & shower room with washer/dryer. Lovely safe area with residents rather than tourists. Plenty of friendly local shops & cafes. 200 yards to Metro & bus stops.Can't wait to stay here again!

A little disappointing

Let’s start with the good things…. Beds were very comfortable and location is great.The not so good things… exceptionally small shower, my husband is 183cm tall and 110kgs and he could not turn in the shower, only 1, I repeat 1 wine glass!!, lounge was not very sturdy and on a lean, 3 light bulbs did not work. I note in a previous review it was also commented about the lounge and lack of some amenities, which the host said would address but clearly has not. The apartment is not as big as it appears in the photos.

Great location; needs upgrading

This apartment is ideally located near Bon Marche, great restaurants, several Metro stops and walking to most of the Paris sights. The process for connecting with management for information and/or entry was a bit complicated with the key was in a different location (easily found), but contact was via email only; not always easy to access. The apartment was bright and open, with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice dining table and chairs, and a view of the (busy) street. It was fine for those exploring the city and a short stay but the kitchen was minimally equipped and the bathroom VERY small, especially the shower (30" x 30"at most). The place would improve with a sturdier couch, higher quality coffee maker and kitchen tools for preparing breakfast or a simple meal.

Appartement super bien situé, très centrale dans Paris, plusieurs commerces a proximité, excellente communication avec l'hôte, vidéos explicatives pour l'entrée dans l'immeuble ainsi que pour d'autres infos (fonctionnent des appareils, aller aux vidanges), vraiment très pratique et apprécié.
