The hotel is very clean- rooms are very spacious- areas is very calm and many hotels around. The only thing they lack in the room is an Iron for clothes. In the overall - I will be booking there over and over again.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very tasty and we appreciated getting a shuttle from the airport quite late at night. The only downside for us was that because we arrived late the next morning’s shuttles were full and we had to get a taxi. Still, an excellent value and good proximity to the airport.

The location is conveniently close to the airport, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The only downside? They were a bit stingy with the soap—the dispenser was empty—and there were no hand towels in sight. Other than that, everything was good

A good hotel near the airport. Staff was great: very helpful and friendly! The restaurant food was surprisingly room! Room had all required amenities and was decent size. Property condition and cleaning left a little to be desired, but it was fine for a single night.

Check-in & communication was difficult due to language barrier. The couple we were with asked that we were included in the shuttle for the next morning. They were told yes. When we checked in, we asked to ensure we were included in the shuttle pick up, again, assured yes. In the morning (6:00AM) there was no record of “our room” and it got a little heated between the other guests. In the end, we all got to the airport (two too many passengers in the van!) Double & triple check with front desk & have them show you your room on the schedule!!

He continued speaking to me in French with a rude tone and facial expressions that made me feel uncomfortable — as if he was swearing or mocking me. It was an unfortunate way to end an otherwise excellent stay.

The property is far from easy to go out to get food or do laundry when needed unless you get a taxi. It is surrounded by other airport hotels. There is a restaurant in the hotel but its overpriced. We had a room thats nonsmoking but smells like someone did. So we ended up changing. The room is generally clean but not thoroughly. We needed a night to put our head down so it works out just fine for us.

The bathroom needed repairs, and the microwave wasn’t working during my stay. The lighting around the kitchen area was also quite poor. However, the shuttle service was excellent and definitely the highlight of the experience.

Good for a quick stay over

Two nights before a long flight home. The hotel suites are spacious and comfortable. Presumably built some time ago but well maintained and for our short stay. Didn’t see any outdoor seating. We’d just spent two weeks in hotel apartments in Portugal so we’re surprised to see no kitchen implements or crockery in the cupboards and no tap/ sink in the “kitchen.” And no tissues anywhere. Similarly the soap liquid dispensers were empty. On request happily provided by reception. One small cupboard in the bedroom was sufficient, bed comfy with one pillow, and the TV faced the bed in the bedroom leaving the sofa in the sitting space facing a wall. No floor coverings. But the currently free shuttle (make sure you book ahead) to the airport was good. We didn’t do Breakfast at 15.90 but the Roissy patisserie is superb! A short walk thro the beautiful park then sat by the waterfalls - wonderful village!
