- a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed, the ceiling height is 1.5 meters ;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its practicality:
- housing with quality materials;
- Parisian fresco;
- parisian studio (mouldings, beautiful height under ceiling 3.75 m).
It is also highly appreciated for its location:
Crossing.
- close to various shops, restaurants and bars;
- 3 minutes walk from a "Market Paris Saint-Marcel" for your small daily purchases;
- 300 m from the metro line 7.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Fan, Microwave, Oven, etc.

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very dynamic, and includes, of course, the Latin neighbourhood, and a very important student population, but also the Panthéon and its Soufflot street, one of the most chic and expensive streets of Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Roman which make of the whole an extremely tourist sector.
The famous Latin Quarter is a student district, very lively, among the oldest in Paris. Its name certainly derives from the fact that, in the university sector, instruction was given in Latin.
