Sublime studio on the 3rd floor with elevator in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. A 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes from the Champs de Mars, this apartment is located in a renowned shopping street. You can visit the Invalides, as well as the many museums nearby:

- Orsay Museum
- The Louvre
- Big palace...
The Champs Elysées and Avenue Montaigne are a 20-minute walk away.
