The Space:
Our 29 m2 apartment on the 1st floor without elevator is arranged as follows:
- 1 Living room with 1 double sofa bed TV, Wifi
- 1 Fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, hob, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, 1 toaster, 1 kettle, 1 dishwasher, 1 washer-dryer)
- 1 dining area with table and chairs for 4 people
- Television, Wifi
- 1 Complete bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional agent.

At the bottom of the building, many cafes for the typical Parisian breakfast (coffee, croissant) you will find the covered market of the Enfants Rouges.
