Summary:
Very nice apartment on the ground floor, located in the heart of Maris, on the corner of rue de Bretagne, a very commercial street known for its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. it is a very lively area with the children's red market opposite. There is the famous Ladurée patisserie and other renowned pastry chefs a few meters away. A few meters from Place des Vosges.

60m2 apartment which includes:
- Living room with a lounge area with a swept fireplace perfect for building a nice fire and reading a good book
-1 television area, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine)
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
- a closed veranda to relax
- a garden with a table for dinner
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.
