The apartment is in the heart of Paris, in the lively and sought-after pedestrian district of the capital, we offer a 30 m2 apartment on the courtyard, renovated and very well equipped in a building dating from the 18th century.
For a tourist or business stay this charming apartment will meet your expectations.
New: since the beginning of 2023 we have an elevator in the building which is very rare in the old buildings of the center of Paris.
Very fast access to all the Parisian subway lines (RER A, B, D Metro 1,3,4,8,9,11,14) to allow you to fully enjoy all the Parisian districts according to your desires.

The apartment

The apartment has just been renovated and has all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay.
It is 30 m2 and is composed of a bedroom and a living room.
The bathroom is composed of an Italian shower and toilets.
The kitchen is equipped with a combined oven and microwave, a hotplate and Nespresso coffee machine.
We also provide an iron and a mini washing machine (3kg).

Great introduction to the apartment by the local host. We quickly discovered that the apartment is well-located, an easy cab ride to many favorite sites. And it was wonderful to be in a neighborhood where you can experience the local culture.

Outdated, uncomfortable and dirty.

Place was not well cleaned. Poor lighted, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen had incomplete set of pots and pans. Mix and match cup and glasses. Humidity stink coming from inside patio, leaky faucet in bathroom. Best thing is the small elevator in the building.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement mit zwei von einander abgetrennten Räumen.Gute Küche mit genügend Geschirr. Bad klein, aber gut benutzbar. Kleiner Aufzug aber nicht ohne Stufen. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt!

Ideally located and well equipped

We had an excellent stay at this ideally located accommodation. The apartment is very well equipped, secure, and located on the fourth floor with an elevator, which is very convenient. There are plenty of great shops nearby, making the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely return on our next visit to Paris!

It would be: excellent value for money.

Ideally located in the heart of the Montorgueil district, we were able to do everything on foot. The street is full of restaurants and very lively, but the apartment, located in an inner courtyard, is extremely quiet. It is very well equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Charles was very available, which made our stay particularly enjoyable. The presence of an elevator, rare in historic buildings, was also a real bonus. We will return here during our next stay.
