The facility is very modern and in a good location with easy access to the metro and train system. Also walking distance to louvre and notre dame if you're not in a rush. Staff were very friendly however front desk often very busy with only one staff available meaning long queue even for minor issues. The bathrooms were fine though the showers had a timer on them so every 10 seconds you had to restart the shower which was increasingly frustrating with each night. Also one of the guests in my room had an unfortunate smell, obviously not much the accommodation can do about this guest but the limited amount of ventilation available made it difficult to mitigate the issue as the window could only be left ajar despite the fellow guests nausea inducing smell. Overall for what your paying it a good place to stay no extra frills does what it need. Curtains in beds appreciated.

Great location: a short walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff was helpful and friendly. The large 2nd floor, that functions as a bar, restaurant, or just as a place to hang out is nice. I liked the buffet breakfast, too. There is a nice kitchen on each floor (but I didn't use any). There was also a man's and woman's bathroom on each floor, with multiple toilet and shower stalls, that came in handy in situations where our private bathroom was being used by one of my roommates

Super great & clean place to go alone or even with you boys , clean hostel. No complaints. Awesome breakfasts & buffets on the 2nd floor. Definitely recommend if your on a budget in Paris:)

This is a 5-star hostel but it’s not suitable for families and I’m not sure why they offer their services to families as their set up only suits backpackers. We didn’t find it suitable for a family of 4. We hit a heatwave and the room was not air conditioned. A very difficult stay for our kids. Showers don’t suit families with children.

Excellent location, one block from the Seine River and the Sully-Morland metro station, and a seven-minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was spacious for four people, and "pleasant", although it was hot (in summer) because they didn't allow you to adjust the AC temperature and it appears to be off or set to a high-eco temperature; the room had a standing fan, but it wasn't enough for four people. Overall, it's a good value for the price.
