Die Wohnung ist gut, die Kommunikation schlecht.

Die Wohnung an sich war gut. Das Problem war die Kommunikation. Es kam keine Antwort über das Fewo-Direkt-Portal auf die Nachfrage zum Checkin-Prozedere. Beim Telefonanruf am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es, die Wohnung sei vergeben, wir können nicht anreisen. Die Nachfrage bei Fewo-Direkt ergab dann später doch eine Verfügbarkeit. Der Aufenthalt war dann in Ordnung. Nach dem Auschecken kam dann eine Reklamation über eine kaputte Schranktüre, die wir nicht nachvollziehen konnten. Diese wurde nach ein paar Tagen wieder zurückgenommen. Es gab vor Ort keinen direkten Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
