We stayed at Yuna Montmartre and had a mixed experience overall.
On the plus side, Myriam is absolutely fantastic. She genuinely cares about guests and consistently went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Her kindness and effort really stood out and honestly elevated the stay. Another big positive: they offer free laundry, which is a huge perk, especially for longer trips.
However, there are some drawbacks that make the value feel questionable at this price point. Because it’s an aparthotel, there’s a bit of a nickel-and-diming feeling when it comes to services. There’s no daily room cleaning included, and if you want it, it’s 10 euros per cleaning. That might be fine at a lower price range, but at this rate level you’d normally expect basic housekeeping to be included.
The space itself also isn’t that much larger than some regular hotel rooms that do include daily cleaning, which makes the cost–value equation harder to justify.
Service at the front desk was also hit and miss. While some staff were perfectly fine, one receptionist in particular was quite rude, which left a sour impression after otherwise good interactions.
Overall, thanks largely to Myriam and the free laundry, it wasn’t a bad stay—but for the price, I’d expect more consistent service, fewer add-on charges, and better overall value.
