This recently remodeled three bedroom, three bath ski lodge is a perfect all-season home base for your vacation. It's close to the heart of Park City, just a 5 minute drive to Park City Mountain and 7 minutes to Deer Valley. The free shuttle stop is less than a minute walk.

The townhome is furnished with a modern, stylish flair, and has everything you need, including Wi-Fi Internet, Cable TV, washer/dryer, two fireplaces, comfortable beds with quality linens, and a well stocked kitchen with new appliances.

The main level features a light filled and open living room with a fireplace, flat screen TV and sliders to a large deck. Also on the main floor is the well stocked kitchen with new stainless appliances and the laundry.

On the second level, you will find the Master Bedroom that features a Queen size bed, wood burning fireplace, 56" flat screen TV, workplace desk, sitting area, vaulted ceilings, private en-suite bath and a sliding glass door to a small balcony. Also on this level, is the Guest Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a Guest Bath.

The Bunk Room located on the upper level, offers sleeping for two to four in the three beds. Two Twin Size Beds (Bunk Bed) and a "Full" size pull out sofa sleeper. Each bedroom offers a portable AC unit for use in the summer.

LOCAL MANAGER: Our local manager is available during your stay. She will arrange to meet you at the property to give you the door code and to show you how everything works OR she will give you the code to the front door and check-in with you via phone or text.

AREA INFORMATION:
Main Street, Just a few minutes away, offers casual fare, fine dining, bars, nightlife and shopping. Located just 50 yards away is the (PC MARC) Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center. For a small fee, it features tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and two outdoor pools that are open spring through late summer. The family friendly Leisure Pool includes a waterslide. The hot tub and steam room and the rest of the facility are open year-round with the exception of the outdoor pools.

PARKING: Parking is available in front of the town-home. The Owner keeps a car in the garage so there is no garage parking for guests. You can also park one car in front of the garage. There are also overflow parking spots for the community.

TRANSPORTATION: The FREE Park City shuttle stop is right outside the property and it can whisk you away to the resorts in under 20 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
