The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.

The cozy French-style décor and antique furnishings are one-of-a-kind with unequivocal attention to detail. This condo is located on the second floor of Building II, facing Park City Mountain, providing mountain views through a grove of aspen trees. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

The main bedroom has a four-post king-sized bed, antique wardrobe, and a private bath with a single-person jetted tub. The second bedroom has two antique queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom features built-in bunk beds. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. In addition, the living room offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, a gas fireplace, three TVs, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each bathroom. The condo has elevator access. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment inside the building’s back door, which is a few steps from the slopes. For warm weather use, tennis and pickleball courts are a few steps from the building’s front door.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

Great location, good price, dated unit.

We loved this location and worked well with our group. The unit is a bit outdated and needs som maintenance, but nothing that would keep you from renting it and likely contributed to the value which we appreciated.

The property is a little dated but our reason for selecting was that it was only a few meters from several Park City lifts. It served out needs.

Overwhelming smoke smell - run away until it is remedied

We were very disappointed. Upon opening the door we were overwhelmed with stale smoke smell embedded in the carpet, drapes, furniture. Also, the decor was very outdated and tired, but that was the least of our worries. Fortunately, Park City Lodging was wonderfully responsive and quickly got us moved to a clean, modern, smoke-free unit so we are very grateful for that and we were able to have a great Park City trip. Location is excellent. Steps from the lift.
