The spacious residence built with traditional Cycladic architecture offers a comfortable stay, accommodating up to five guests, and also includes a balcony, terrace, garden and private parking space.

The space
Ideal for family vacations but also for a getaway with friends! In an ideal location, in the center of the village of Dryos, to enjoy a bit of much-needed tranquility, a short distance from the beach and the picturesque port.

The surrounded by the Cycladic arches terrace and the balcony, offer the guests a view the sea and the shared garden consisting of pine trees, olive trees, rocky garden and the garden.

You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while gazing at the view of the garden and the sea or relax by having your drink or coffee while enjoying the sunset on the outdoor terrace that we have created by combining the Cycladic tradition with modern comforts.

You can also relax in the garden sunbathing on the sunbeds (also provided).

EVA HOUSE is located in the center of Dryos, a few minutes' walk from Dryos beach and at a distance of about 1.3 km. from “Chrisi Akti” (Golden Coast), a surfer's paradise and the organized beach with umbrellas, sunbeds, restaurants and water sports.

Ideal for families, groups and couples. It offers sea view, a garden, a balcony and a terrace of 50 square meters, as well as a private parking space.
"Eva House" is built with traditional architecture, decorated with taste and provides all modern comforts, warmth and cleanliness. It is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday experience.

The house (80sqm) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe, a single living room-kitchen area with a large sofa that converts into a double bed, another sofa that converts into a single bed ideal for accommodating another guest and a bathroom with a shower.
It has a large private terrace and balcony (50 sq.m.) with a dining table and comfortable chairs, armchairs and everything that can make a dream vacation.

Our kitchen contains all the essentials, such as- glasses and mugs, pans and pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, fridge, stove with oven, toaster and coffee maker.

Unlimited free wi-fi, double bed, spacious bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, Air-condition, hairdryer, washing machine, personal care products, towels and bed linen are at your disposal.

All modern appliances are provided that will make your stay convenient and comfortable and private sunbeds for moments of relaxation and tranquility in the garden or the terrace.

Free parking for 2 cars is also provided within our premises.

Guest access
You can come to Eva House by bus or taxi from the port or the Airport of Paros. Its distance is approximately 21 km from the port of Paros or 14 km from the airport.

If you visit the island by car or motorbike you can park for free in the private parking lot.

We recommend that you rent a vehicle (car, scooter, etc.) to be able to explore the island easily.

The accommodation is delivered clean. During your stay, cleaning is offered daily and towels and bed linen are changed every 2 days.

Pets are not allowed.

HYGIENE PROTOCOLS
We are ready to offer you unforgettable hospitality. For us, the primary aspiration is to make you feel loved and SAFE. We care about our guests, so we pay special attention to cleanliness. We can do our best to provide a clean home to our valued guests.

We apply all required cleaning protocols. Cleaning staff uses personal protective equipment such as masks, hand gel, and gloves.

Although we are a small accommodation, we can make you feel completely safe.
