Sun Drop II villa is perfect for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, in a space filled with beautiful light and awesome amenities.
Sun Drop I&II, our fresh and bright twin houses (for 6 guests each), offer sweet tranquility, proximity to the beaches as well as privacy (even from each other) at the famous location of DRIOS in Paros. Drios area, has so many funs because of the fact that offers all you need in one place and you can avoid the traffic jam and the crowds in high season. Two beautiful beaches, taverns by the sea, super market and wonderful all day bars are just 1 min away on foot! The property is ideal for kids*!
PLus, dear friends, we live in Paros so we will be at your disposal for anything you need.
The Rooms
*Sun Drop is located in a private lot surrounded by trees with absolute privacy and open space around for the kids to explore and play safely! The beach is just 150 m away so you get there in 2 minutes on foot via a scenic path.
Sun Drop Villa consists of 2 floors with an exterior attached guesthouse and has a beautiful garden and outdoor space.
The ground level is composed of a cosy living room with a fireplace, dining table up for up to 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The upper level, airy and bright, features 2 bedrooms with 3 big sea view balconies and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guesthouse is attached at the back side of the house on the ground level and has an independent entrance, featuring 2 single beds a bathroom with shower and a small fridge.
Outdoors sitting corners under wooden pergolas and launch sun beds offer a wind-protected area which is the perfect chill out spot!
Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed, private balcony with sea view and a/c

Common Bathroom with shower

The Location
Drios is one of the greenest villages on Paros, with impressive clusters of trees and large sea pines on both beaches on either side of the port. Sites of interest in the area include the cave of the demons with stalagmites and stalactites, the lakes of Drios and the ancient shipsheds, where ships were housed in the ancient times. "Aspro Chorio" is a small, charming settlement above Drios.
The proximity to the shops, the restaurants and the beach makes the place the ideal choice!
You can reach the house very easily even by bus from the port or the airport as it is just 2 mins on foot from the main street and the bus stop. It is also very easy to reach by car or moto/quad. The Villa offers a private parking.
