The property is run down and poorly maintained. Outside doors are not locked or secured at night. Lobby is in poor condition. Carpets are visibly stained. Parking areas are poorly maintained.

Everything you’re afraid to find is here. Bed bugs, terrible smell in hotel and in room, unprofessional staff, they knocked on my door 3 times to give me towel that i didn’t ask for and everytime i said no they came back with manager who speaks english because they didn’t to tell me take the towel which i didn’t need nor ask for. Stay away from this place

BAD EXPERIENCE- the plan was to use this hotel to wrap up our Atlantic City vacation in NJ, hence we booked it because of the closeness to NJ friends and family. Checked-in with family (5 of us, 2 bed, 1, night. rooms smells like urine and recent weed smoke. Still trying to settle down in the room, we saw big bed bugs crawling out of pillows cases , we checked and discovered the whole bed was covered with different sizes of bed bugs. The staff at the front desk was very professional and cooperative at ensuring that we get full refund. Owner needs to clean and sanitize this hotel. Nice location but poorly maintained and managed facility .

My only real complaint is the TV service shorted at about 11:00 PM...The front desk said it was the whole hotel...not just my room. He was professional about it . I went to bed...and it was back on at 6:30 AM when I woke up.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the service was inattentive and unwelcoming. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and any requests were met with indifference or long delays. The room was poorly maintained — stained linens, a strange odor, and a lack of basic cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. The amenities were either broken or not as advertised, and the noise levels at night made it impossible to get any rest. What bothered me the most was the stark difference between what was promised online and what was actually provided. This felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in the same price range with much higher standards of service
