It was a fairly standard hotel room, however the pillow cases and sheets seemed a little dirty. Visible dirt and hair. Not sure if they weren't laundered or if it was from the staff while the bds were being made. We checked in late and didn't want to deal with switching rooms. Walls are very things and you can hear the adjacent rooms.

Staff were kind and helpful. However non-smoking rooms smells relentlessly if cigarette smoke and while sheets were visibly clean, desk, dresser, and bathroom surfaces had layers of visible dirt.

Average property but no fridge in the room. Doors stuck so even other rooms when closing doors would wake you. Showers were good. No hot food though for breakfast.

Musty smell

The booked room smelled horrible : musty and tobacco smell. Front Desk person was kind enough to exchange it for another room which was fine. Breakfast was not good at all.

A nice spot for a get away

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, tv and cable worked, water was hot, great shower, there were no bugs, the bed was comfy. I'd stay there again.

A place to lay your head

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is run down. The curtains in my room were broken but the bed was comfortable. I was out before the continental breakfast. Good for the price and a place to lay you head.

The staff could have provided a mini refrigerator or a combined refrigerator near the lobby to store food. Other options have a shared kitchen space where we could cook, store food and sit. Lobby was so small with only two sofas, no place to sit to relax. Wifi was also getting disconnected. No complimentary water bottles. Please mention the details of facilities included/ not included in the list so we would be comfortable in what we are booking... instead of spoiling the trip. This was my first time using Expedia, and I will not recommend it to anyone
