Checked in and when I went to the room. It was obviously filthy, not mopped with dirt in the corners. I asked for another room explaining this and they gave me another room that wasnt much better. Front desk did not apologize. I decided to keep it because I was just there 1 night and visiting my sister. So i would only be in there a short time.

The place needs a deep cleaning from the lobby to the rooms, hallways and the food area, everything is extremely dirty.
That's how everything was the minute we entered the room.

Nightmare on 46

When we arrived we had to look around the lobby till we found someone to help us/check in. Then were rudely ask for a $100.00 deposit, even though we had pre paid our room. Then walked up a staircase to get to 2nd floor. Hallway smelled, in addition to being dark. Room was NOT worth value, Balcony was dirty, Sliding glass door didn't lock. "Breakfast" was mini bran muffins,decaf coffee. I believe this is also a emergency homeless shelter.

A chair in room was stained. The floors were very dirty. No ice in building we were in, it was in main building which was uber inconvenient.

The photos in the add are so far from what was given. The room was spacious, but, no refrigerator or microwave. The furniture was in bad shape. The shower need some slip resistant mat or paint. The water temperature varied from scalding hot to ice cold very hard to regulate. The bed was very comfortable, that was the only good thing.
