This is a pretty good place. Little things were annoying though. No remote for TV. No toilet paper. They never refresh the room. You get two towels for the whole time you stay there. It is complicated to get there. Otherwise, the suites are great with everything you need. I have been comfortable both times I stayed there. Also, the stuffed me in the worst room next to the laundry room. Monday morning the dryer was running all morning…

Last night 1/3/26 I check in the guy at the front desk was awesome I believe his name was James. He remembered me from a while ago when we use to stay here. I had to get a hotel room as we have a newborn baby at home and I have the flu. That night however was not great. The pipes banging, fridge loud as can be and no curtains on the windows with a light right outside. I go to the front desk the next morning asking to extend my stay another night as I was still sick but wanted another room. The person working the front at 1030am 1/4/26 who would not give me his name (but I think it’s Christian) told me I had to wait to check in to get a new room. Was very rude and should not be working at a hotel. Not sure if he was having a bad day but I will never return here.
