I had a great time at Diva Patong Hotel. The pool side bar and lounge area had such a chill out vibe, perfect for unwinding after beach day. Cocktails were affordable and tasty and the lounge music created the great atmosphere. The staff was helpful with tour bookings and local tips too.

I had such a relaxing time here full stop the bed was super comfortable and I appreciated the strong higher conditioning after a long day in the heat. There in house restaurant served delicious food. The pool area was just awesome, enjoy drinks from there bar counter and enjoy the lot can't be explained in words. Great great stay.

This hotel needs a lot of renovations. The owner needs to close it down for a while and work on getting it up to livable standards. Let's talk about the bathroom, the ceiling exposed the electrical wires, posing a safety hazard, the toilet is literally in the shower, when taking a shower, you are washing the toilet at the same time. The beds were very hard and the linen had stains. Please have ear plugs, because the rooms are not sound proof. Don't be encouraged to add breakfast to your stay, the food was very bad and it's not worth it. Their adjoining restaurant was very dirty and not well maintained. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights, but checked out earlier, because this place was not fit to stay the entire stay. Good luck and please read reviews before booking. I am also going to leave a google review in case this one gets removed.

Our multigenerational family vacation is successful. The large pool with a shallow area kept the kids entertained. The on site restaurant offered a variety of dishes to please everyone's taste buds. The comfortable rooms provided ample space for our entire family.

My partner and i loved using Hotel Diva Patong as our base for exploring Phuket. The friendly staff was helped us book tours and activities,from elephant trekking to island hopping. The Hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore all that Phuket has to offer.

I recently stayed at Diva Patong Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and the bed was nice, allowing a restful sleep. Very good cleaning, guest friendly hotel. The food is delicious with menu on sea food, Thai as well as Indian food. It is at convenient location too.

The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, making check in a breeze. My room was tastefully decorated, was impeccable clean and surprisingly cozy. The hotel is central location was a definite plus for exploring nearby attractions. it is wonderful option in budget. It was stay with a touch of comfort and friendly service.

Property GM was very nice but the property is not suited for stay. Rooms have mold and they were not cleaned properly. This hotel should not be able to take in more reservation until the renovation and hotel is done. Thanks to Expedia that we were able to relocate.

Me and my friend stayed here 2 nights. We got very different rooms even though we ordered the same, mine was significantly better. The pool was disgusting, I could literally not see the bottom of it because there was some garbage in it, but they didn’t seem to worry about that. The “gym” was 4 spinning bikes that were at least 20 years old. The pictures are real but the property have severely fallen out of shape since they were taken, they have to be at least 5 years old with no maintenance. The pool tables were out of order. The bar was shut down, and I’m very glad I didn’t order breakfast because we saw a rat there when we walked past.

This is not a “new” hotel. It is under new name and owner. There are two buildings are both for the same hotel. We requested a room away from the streets and traffic noise. We switched rooms and at the end it was still very noise, could hardly sleep. The hotel needs a reno. The staff are friendly and the bed is comfy.

Penthouse of your nightmares

For the cost per night for somewhere I wouldn’t make my dog sleep. No air con, for a supposedly penthouse suite that was an add on to the building, doors where paper thin you could poke your credit card through it. The service was appalling run by a manager who treated the staff extremely poorly and a shallow owner who kept trying to avoid us when trying to get a refund. Knowing very well that what they had advertised was not was presented to us as customers. I would never ever recommend this place to stay. If I could I’d give a minus rating.

I booked 5 nights to see how it was .i had to book another 5 nights because it was so nice. The price of our stay was a bargain i would've paid double to stay here. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff .the staff will help you in anyway possible. The owner manager is an amazing man he is so helpful and friendly. Nice cheap priced food they could charge more and i would still be happy. This hotel is a gem 💎
