Everything is excellent but be aware of the electricity bill. They will ask to pay the electricity bill along with cleaning chage.

Run away from this apartment.

The room was dirty, furniture in a very bad shape, sheets smelled like grease, the air ventilation full of dust, sink in the kitchen not even cleaned,etc...
