It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attic with a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace offering a spectacular view to the Gulf of Patras. The house is 800m away from Monodendri beach and dominates on the top of a hill with cypresses right above the New Patras – Pyrgos National Road. The view to the West embraces the entire Patras Gulf girdled deeper in the horizon by the islands of the Ionian Sea, Ithaca and Cephalonia. The guests’ pets are welcome. Special attention has been devoted to their living conditions and the provision of medical treatment, if necessary.
