1. We are at the Venetian Signature Condo Pattaya Resort (search in net) just 800 meters to the Jomtien beach. It is a studio of 24 sqm of usable area on 4th floor faced the opened space to large plot of land with no blocking view and good winds,
2. It is one of the largest swimming pool projects in Jomtien beach area, with slider and kid water playground, your children will enjoy their swimming to stay here,
3. The location is very easy to walk to Jomtien second road market and just easy walk to Jomtien beach,
4. There are 7-11 and many restaurants near this compound, there are many restaurants, bakery shops, bars, convenient stores, just a walking distance to all and Jomtien beach.
5. Songtaew transportation on main road is available,
6. The apartment has full kitchen facilities, 55 inches Smart TV, nice working station to work online with strong private WIFI system,
7. Free car park, Free WIFI, Free Swimming pool, Free Gym.

This is strictly non smoking in the apartment (can smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed only).

You will agree with me once you have stayed here that it is a paradise with beautiful opened space, which has good air flows and soft winds all days, especially in the afternoon as it faces east side. It is a studio with king size bed/very comfortable mattress. It is a well furnished apartment equipped with 55 inches Smart TV to watch Netflix and cable Tvs. Dinning table with chair and working chair are in one set. Digital Safety Box and everything you needed for your comfortable stay such as medium size refrigerator, full kitchen facilities, microwave, toaster, kitchen wares, utensils, etc. You can leave door open for windy if you prefer natural air, as this is very safe compound with Cctvs in the public area.

You will never be disappointed with our stay in this property and this location.

Free Gym, Free Swimming pool, Free private internet, Free car parkingis in front of the compound and easy to walk to beach.

Please do not smoke in the Apartment because this is strictly non-smoking Apartment (smoke at balcony please close balcony door only). Penalty of Thb3000 will be levied on your booking after check out. Also do not throw tissue in the toilet bowl as the toilet will be blocked.
