The room was ok but small for a 5 star hotel The room doesnt have sound proof windows so i heard traffic noise everynight The tv has a cables problem. Everytime that i whatched a show or a movie there was a cable problem and it happand few times. The breakfast was so lame and too small for a t star hotel The pool was small too for a 5 star hotel I have to say that this hotel not worth to be 5 star hotel at all I give him 3 at the most The staff was kind and helpfull I will not go back to this hotel again

After checking into the property, I advised the front desk. The room was very small and not an ocean view as stated on Expedia small balcony as well so I asked if I could check out the same evening. The hotel stated management was only available in the morning, so I waited The front desk gave me an option of a upgrade to a large room for an additional pay of $2000 dollars for an upgraded stay, I refused and said I would check out immediately. The hotel would not refund the money I paid for the room so I lost the approximately US$700 if I could give this hotel less than one star I surely would good luck to anybody that chooses it. Don’t believe the 10 out of 10 reviews. They’re probably made by bots

New property, great staff. They have a good concept for the hotel, not quite the 5-star hotel rooms but it’s clean being new. The street noise from loud motorbikes and traffic kept us awake on the first night but earplugs came in handy.

Saff was amazing from check in to check out. The amenities outstanding, pool, Dinning(breakfast for me) the coffee...(Hold on this could take a minute) Let me say when I drink coffee...I mean it's a miracle my heart hasn't exploded...lol but on a serious note have had coffee from a lot of different places and top notch, top of the charts, outstanding. Lovely hotel but lots of traffic noise at night

Super hotel clean and decor excellent Only negatives 1 traffic noise literally all night despite the hotel having double glazing 2 I prefer hotels where the lift is access card controlled preventing anyone wandering in from the street and being able to access any floor Small points the traffic noise is annoying especially at 2.30 in the morning police ambulance sirens and a constant stream of motorcycles adding to the general background noise ( difficult to sleep) or get woken up in the night

Very nice and clean. No Marijuana policy, but not sure if hotel enforced it. We can smell it from other guests smoking it from their balcony or sometimes smell them in the hallway. Other than that, everything was great.

Decent hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious including the bathrooms. I remember the breakfast just ok. I prefer more choices when it comes to breakfast buffets. This may be a pro or a con depending on what you like but this hotel is located in a really busy area so there is a lot of traffic congestion.
