Bad service. Staff missing during check in.not given suite room as paid.2nd day manager refuses to serve breakfast as i left coupon in room. Insist i come back with voucher. Iven 2 pcs of bread.must pay for jam and butter.not included.how can hotels.com list this type of hotel !?!.very disappointing.bad start to 2020.nevwr again with hotels. Com

Bad management, and poorly maintained rooms

I was given a room with a broken ac, and a bathroom full of ants. The manager didn't change my room till the next day. It was an awful experience.

never get the room I paid for , stuff was very bad

disappointing I never get the room I paid for stuff was horrible ,arrogant ,when I told them was wrong room the lady try to argue with me when I gave her the booking voucher she still talk very bad but at least she change the room for little bit better but still not for what I paid for

ホテルというよりもレストランの部屋貸し

リピ－タ－1日だけとまりました。 ホテルサ－ビスはベッドメイク以外なく、レストランの店員が片手間に部屋を貸している感じです。 夜警備員はいないが、お兄さんが一応パソコンいじってます。 セフティ－BOXあり。 シャワ－湯量すくない。 まあ値段相応。女性、家族連れは不向きです。

ソイブッカオにある便利な宿

客室は綺麗だとは言えないし、泊まった3階の部屋は日当たりがあまり良くなかった。 しかし、不思議なほどに落ち着く部屋。 なんとなく深夜特急に登場しそうな、趣のあるアジアの宿と言った感じでした。 何よりスタッフの笑顔が私はとても好きでした。 朝食も美味しかった。宿泊費も年末年始にもかかわらず、3000円しなかったのは、すごい。個人的には好きな宿でした。

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, malgré l'animation incessante du quartier, pour 2 raisons: tout d'abord, nous avons eu le droit à 1 suite (style F2: séjour chambre à part avec porte vitrée et climatisée), et ensuite, le personnel est au top, toujours prêt à dépanner. Vraiment, 1 super séjour.

街中の便利なホテル

初めて宿泊したが、エレベーターは無いが居心地は良い！道路側なのでお車の音はするが、スタジオタイプなので部屋は広いし、設備も整っている。ただエレベーターは無いので大きな荷物がある人は少し大変か！ホテルの受付がパン屋さんなので、最初はわかりにくい窓口になっている。朝食はクーポンで3種類、卵にベーコンパン、鳥スープ、フルーツヨーグルト。お腹の具合によって選べば良い！朝食時間も結構自由なので昼に注文しても大丈夫！

どこに行くにも便利な夜遊びホテル

年末に5泊しました。 ホテルは古く、フロントはレストランと同じで、24時間ではないです。 22時以降は店の前にお兄さんがネットしてます。カギはこのお兄さんがもってます。 2日目には鍵ないといわれたので、あるはずだというと中に入って探してもらえました。 3日目からは鍵をもって外出しました。セキュリティーはほとんどゼロですので、女性はやめたほうがいいでしょう。 値段は安く朝食おいしいので、夜遊びして寝るだけの方にはいいかも。

ソイブッカオ滞在なら便利

ホテルはソイレンキーにありますがブッカオとの交差点近くなのでアクセスはとても良いです。客室内部のクオリティはそれなりですが、朝食はおしゃれなレストランが併設されており、トーストもしくはおかゆかフルーツが選べます。毎日、水が2本つきますし、大きな冷蔵庫もあるので便利です。総合的に考えてコストパフォーマンスは優秀だと思います。同じ値段であれば次回も泊まりたいです。

ホテルは全く問題が有りませんが、Expediaよりリンヤハウスへ手配が出来てなかったのか分かりませんが、バウチャーをフロントに提出しても予約は無いと言われ、宿泊費を請求されました。Expediaに支払ったお金を返金して下さい。
