Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The room was just a nightmare, window view on trashcan garbage backyard, everything look old and not clean, bed with a hole inside, staff not really happy and look hostile, air conditioning not working, the room hot all the time so i fear about plug the refrigerator because will make the room more hot, big cockroach and mousquitos all the time in the room. The staff insult me and say in thai they don't care if i go check-out. I never say one bad thing to them. They refuse change me room to the 3rd floor and want give me a room with no window. This trip was really bad for my health and my girlfriend . You can come in this hotel if you stay one night and don't have money but i think you will find cheaper in pattaya with better quality !
