NOTE from my earlier review. I arrived May 12 and extended my stay several times for a total of 25 days. That’s just how awesome this hotel is. Special comment regarding general manager Christian. He’s a great guy who focused on attention to detail and the hotel continues to live up to expectations because of the and certainly the support of the Siam@Siam ownership group. In addition, it’s clear that Christian is beloved by the staff of the hotel. This should not be overlooked as it provides great morale amongst the staff.

My first stay (28 days) at Siam@Siam Design hotel was in 2014 with it first opened. I returned here once again in 2015 (25 days). After not coming to Thailand for 10 years, I returned and without hesitation stayed here again (25 days). I love everything about this hotel. Aside from the beauty of the facility and the fabulous amenities, the staff here are the BEST! Each of them are warm, kind, thoughtful and intelligent. I will miss everyone for sure. One very unique aspect of the hotel is the swimming pool on the 24th floor (there is a pool on the 25th floor - roof - as well. But something about the water filtration in the pool. I’ve never felt water as silky and soft as that (and I’ve been to many many resorts in the world). Just an amazing hotel where comfort and kindness are unite.

Excellent location and very affordable! Steps away from Terminal 21, the beach and Soi 6. Minutes away from Central Mall, with a 7 Eleven in the same block. The views from the Studio Ocean View King room are phenomenal, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city, the mountains, and the ocean. A fully stocked mini fridge, 32 inch flat panel TV, and a reliable and consistent WiFi signal make this room a must. The fitness center has everything you need to keep up while on vacation, then afterwards enjoy daily happy hour at either of the two rooftop pools, the Gravity Lounge, or the Skybar Summer Club, with DJ sets Thursday thru Sunday. The breakfast hours at Big Fish should fit anyone's schedule, with service from 6a to 1p. The absolute best part about Siam@Siam is the wonderful staff. They are ALWAYS smiling and willing to help with your every need. GiGi, Aun, Fa, Peck, and Leab are always available, willing to help, extremely polite, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and always displaying warm welcoming smiles. You'll love their service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you're considering visiting Pattaya.

The hotel is well situated near Big C and there is a lot happening around it. The staff is nice and the common areas is ok, too. Breakfast is pretty good but the offerings are limited. The rooms are a bit small and mine was painted in dark colors. Not bad but not my favorite.

This place was awesome. I had a great view of the side street facing the hospital and a tiny bit of the beach. 19th floor was great. Only thing i didnt have that i needed was an iron for my clothes. That actually was a big letdown. But it wasnt enough for me not to come back.
