A good value-for-money budget hotel. Friendly staff and convenient location. If you have realistic expectations, you'll enjoy its pool and location. If you hope for luxury and more facilities, then dig deeper into your pocket and be happy somewhere else. Sutus Court has a loyal, long-term clientele who value it, as is.

This is my go to hotel in Pattaya . Perfect location for restaurants , nightlife and easy transportation. Hotel itself is not the Ritz but more than adequate and clean although a little dated , overall very good value . Pool area has good shaded areas and decent swimming pool.

We had a very large room, located away from the main road. There was no noise from the road. Located next door to a hospital. The pool is large. Located close to many bars and restaurants. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach.
