watch out this hotel is a scam.noone there at reception and only phone number when i rang it a indian answered who claimed he had stopped taking short term bookings for 6 months and didnt have a room for me when i asked him to come to hotel in person and sort the issue out he hung up on me and then when i tried ringing back wldnt answer. also blame HOTELS.COM for this as they should check the hotels they have on their website are legit. and now this website is dragging its heels to give me my refund,quick enough to take my money tho. terrible way to treat a paying customer!!

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Dirty hotel.Lazy staff.My booking said daily house keeping.House keeping on request.I went to reception on my way out at 10 am and asked the drunk tired girl to get my room cleaned.On the evening the house keeper said she forgot to do it.I needed clean towels and bin emptied so I did it myself.I pointed out that the floors needed cleaning there was rubbish lying around on them.tap constantly leaked in my room and had stained the sink.Grout in the shower black with mould.all of the carpets on the hotel corridors are stained and need wet vacuuming.cigareete ends and rubbish on the balcony.Hotel smelt of mould or mouldy tobacco.

BEST IN TOWN

This is the best, cheaper hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed at several. Very clean, spacious room, located on the main road Jomtien - Pattaya. And a very stunningly attractive lady to check in and look after us. 7 - 11 next door, on the bus route. Great. Five stars.

5 star hotel without the 5 star price tag!

This hotel is the best hotel experience I've ever had. The beds are so comfortable, most Thailand hotels have terribly stiff mattresses. Everything is clean, no problems with anything! There is a massage parlor, coffee shop, and restaurant on the first floor and all are the same price as anywhere else. Most hotels charge more for the food or massage but not this place. Even room service is no extra charge! I've had nothing but a smile for my whole stay. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Checking out is giving me the same emotions as leaving a family members house after staying for the holidays... I will miss them. I can't stress enough about how awesome Chillax Pattaya. My expectations for hotels have risen so much. I now know what a perfect experience is. You have truly raised the bar Chillax Pattaya! :)

THis hotel saved us from the other bad hotel.

We really enjoyed the staff, the professional massage parlor, the restaurant, and the location. I would easily stay here again.

Un soggiorno amaro

Appena sono arrivato hanno voluto 1500 bath in più il giorno dopo avermi fatto cambiare stanza il massimo è stato quando un bel mattino ho trovato il mio telefono sotto carica lo trovo totalmente ancora spento mi accorgo che dal soffitto pioveva acqua che dal muro arrivava alla presa che ha bruciato il carica il cavo e poi più tardi andando alla Apple mi hanno detto anche la batteria (mi hanno solo ricomprato il cavo ) sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel che riportava ottime recensioni seppur non comprendo come possano averle lasciate .
