Great and beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms in the heart of Pattaya, for families and friends. Ideally located, just few minutes from the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Pattaya and Jomtien (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk-tuk ...). Restaurants, bars, general stores available 24 hours a day nearby. Close to all amenities.
Quiet, in a superb villa residence secured 24/24. Free parking on site.
The villa has a beautiful private pool and a tropical garden. Nice outdoor terrace with possibility to make a barbecue near the pool.
Large living room, open kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes...). Snooker, TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, safety box, air conditioner, desk, iron, washing machine… 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathrooms, 1 bedroom in bungalow with en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed is available in the master bedroom, which can be used as an extra bed.

A nice get away. Clean house with a nice pool. Perfect for a small family looking to stay away from the loud parts to Pattaya.

Very nice little place No major complaints owners are very professional, and no surprises. (Would be great if there was a cloths dryer.....hard to get hanging clothes to dry in the rainy season.) But these are hard to find anywhere in Thailand. I would love to stay here again.

Pool Haus

Die Villa ist großartig und schaut genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. 7/11 oder Family Mart sind in ca 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt aber noch ein kleineres Geschäft das in 4 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Für einen Großeinkauf haben wir uns ein Taxi gerufen. Für 400-500 Baht bringt dich der Fahrer zum Makro und wartet vor dem Geschäft. Ich würde das Objekt jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Ruhige Lage

Das Objekt liegt sehr abgelegen, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss zum familymart sind ca.5 min und zur Hauptstraße 7 min. Die Villa ist gut für Familien, die sich nur entspannen möchten.

Urlaub mit Familie

Wir haben mit bis zu 7 Personen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus gemacht. Der älteste Sohn hatte ein eigenes Häuschen mit Bad. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben das Haus und den Pool sauber vorgefunden. Einmal in der Woche wurde gereinigt und die Betten bezogen und neue Handtücher gebracht.

Schöne Villa , ruhig gelegen, alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familenurlaub. Die Villa war gut ausgestattet und ein schöner Pool war auch vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal . Auto wäre empfehlenswert.. Alle Zile ob Jomtien oder Pattaya leicht erreichbar.

Trevlig villa med närhet till det mesta. Mycket bra och pålitliga såväl ägare som den personal som hanterade ankomsten. Ett perfekt ställe om man vill ha lugn och ro, men ändå ha närhet till restauranger, strand, mm.

Nice villa in a nice village

We Can recommend this villa. It has 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen and a pool. The owner Thierry and His manager Jean-Claude were very nice and helpful. To the main road You have to walk about 10 minutes to jump onto oje of the cheap bath busses that brought You to the beach or to and other place.

Ich bin schon jahrelang in Thailand und habe schon verschiedene Unterkünfte erlebt.Hier war ich aber absolut positiv überrascht.Die Bilder auf der Webseite waren nicht "geschönt" sonder entsprachen der Wahrheit.Top saubere Unterkunft und 1a Betreuung.Alle 2-3 Tage wurde nachgefragt.Wasser im Pool top sauber.Küche in Ordnung genug Geschirr vorhanden.Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich ehrlich empfehlen.Es wirkt immer etwas komisch, wenn mann nur positiver liest.Ich habe aber auch nach langer Überlegung nichts negatives gefunden.Herr Thierry und seine Mitarbeiter sind ein tolles Team.Ein Dank an alle.Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder,
