Got along great with all the staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Safe was big enough for my laptop. A little loud at night but the proximity to walking street would make that an issue for any property. Great food in the area.

The hotel was very nice, but the only downside is there is no elevator. I was on the 4th floor, it was a little tiring the first three days, but i needed the exercise so i am not complaining. I person that can't walk well might have a problem. The staff was always very nice. The hotel was quiet, being so close to Walking Street i really did like that.

They do NOT indicate there is a 4000 Baht security charge you must pay but does go back to you when you depart. Overall not a bad stay but I forgot to bring a wall socket adaptor for my phone, there was no USB charge port but you canfind the adaptors in one of the many 7 elevens that are all over walking street.

Good hotel

W14 is my go to hotel when i visit Pattaya. Its easy to get anywhere from this location baht bus are avaliable nearby to go to Jomtien, buakow, jomtien, terminal 21 etc. Of course its near walking street which is where the action is. Service from staff always good. Overall no complaints about this Hotel. I will continue to stay here if price is reasonable.

If your a light sleeper don’t stay here get noisy early hours of the day when the party stops But other than that cozy and nice, beds could of been a little softer
