The house is spread over two levels, and the spaces are distributed as follows: Upstairs, living room with separate kitchen, bathroom. Downstairs two bedrooms with walk-in closets and a second bathroom. The villa also has the presence of a studio with an independent entrance with a double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom and kitchenette.

Service terrace with table and outdoor shower, and large main terrace with relaxation area overlooking the sea.

The apartments have every comfort, washing machine, air conditioning, microwave, TV and WI-FI.

It is also provided, at the request of the customer, the linen service at a price of 25 euros per person. The service includes a supply of sheets and towels for the entire period of the stay.

The sea is accessed on foot, following a suggestive stone staircase. The beaches are free, but in the surroundings there are also equipped and with water games.

S. Gregorio is one of the last places on the Ionian coast, which bathes the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small village, very quiet and uncrowded, where there are two newsagents, a mini market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Due to its morphology, the bay on which it stands was in the past a natural harbor. The coast that develops in the surroundings alternates small rocky coves with stretches of fine white sand.

A few km from S. Gregory, stands S. Maria di Leuca, a very lively and popular port town.
