Cheap Hotels in Pau Arcado

Was there for a one night stop over between flights. Comfortable bed and clean room Great breakfast buffet and nice little bar area. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Nice staff. Suited my needs perfectly.

Tudo perfeito. atendimento, limpeza, café da manhã, restaurante funcionando até 1 hora da manhã. Unica ressalva diz respeito às torneiras do chuveiro que não fechavam todo deixando água escorrendo. Como chegamos muito tarde e só fomos tomar banho após o jantar (+ de meia-noite), nãoreclamamos para trocar de quarto. No check out, avisei na recepção para providências, mas durante toda a madrugada ficou escorrendo ágra no chuveiro. Apartamento 1410.

My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him. It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave. Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess. On the opposite direction. I had an amazing interaction with people at the coffee break dining. The woman helping with the omelette was extremely efficient and generous

When we opened the bathroom door, the bathroom was smelling mold
