The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management.

Electricity was blinking couple of time during our stay. Stay away from Front Desk Trainee. She wanted me to charge Rs. 500 to make duplicate Key.
