Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island. There are 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful view of the pond from your balcony while enjoying the fresh air or take a stroll on the well manicured grounds to the beach, pools, and resort amenities. The main resort complex has restaurants, a fitness center, bike rentals, tennis courts, and a fishing lake. Come and ENJOY!

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor to this 1 BR condo with an eat in kitchen with granite countertops, a bathroom with tile shower, a cozy living room with a TV, and a balcony with 3 chairs and small table. Towels and linens are provided.

Free parking onsite. You can rent bikes onsite and walk to the beach. You might need a car to get around town to enjoy some of the top restaurants and shopping in the area.

This unit is located in Litchfield Resort with restaurants, an ice cream shop, and Starbucks . The Litchfield complex is beautiful with walking and bike paths that lead right to the ocean. Spend the day at the beach with restrooms and an outdoor shower for exclusive use of Litchfield Resort guests.

The condo is clean, well- stocked and in a great location close to pool and beach. The listing advertised the use of an indoor pool and gym with this condo. When we got there, we contacted the management company for the access code and they let us know we actually did not have access to these amenities. They gave us access to an indoor gym and pool in a nearby building so it worked out fine. Just know you only have access to the indoor pool and gym if you book with Litchfield Properties directly.

Very clean, adorable property. Someone before us had a dog who had peed on the rug, so we rolled it up to prevent ours from re-marking it. Other than that, it was perfect. It looked just like the listing. It was beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed with what we needed, and just our style. We absolutely loved it here and would stay again.

Summer family vacation

The condo exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at summerhouse several times, summer and winter. All different condos but this one was by far the best. It was clean, cozy and had extra touches others did not have. Beach chairs, Coffee , extra supplies, personel items in bathroom. We would absolutely rent this one again.

Great Property

This is a clean, updated, nicely decorated condo conveniently located close to Pawley's, Litchfield and Murrell's Inlet. There is a nice resort beach club about 1/2 mile from the condo. The resort also has great walking/biking paths. Really enjoyed the stay and plan to return!
