ProsGreat Location steps to the pool and a quick 3-4 minute walk to the beachPlenty of chairsQuick to respond to maintenance and cleaning issuesCons Unit is outdated Most window shades are nonfunctional and missing slats and adjustment wandsSliding glass doors need to be replaced or significantly fixed Upon check-in, the floors were extremely dirty and doesn’t look like the rugs or carpet has been cleaned in many months if not years Only one couch - might I suggest getting rid of some of the chairs and adding a loveseat?Refrigerator condenser ran 98% of the time and was a constant hum like we were in some type of factory.No pots or pans or skillets to do any type of cooking even just something as basic as scrambled eggs or pancakes.4 plastic chairs on the deck, which also needs to be refinished, would be nice to have a table and a stand for the umbrella, which was missing TV in the family room should really be a smart TV for guest to easily connect to streaming services Batteries dead in remote Fans run only on slow which don’t help with cooling at all. No lock on bedroom door. Air intake register in hall near kitchen is incredibly dusty and dirty

Heron Marsh

Great place at Litchfield by the Sea. This unit is well kept and well appointed. Location is perfect within the resort with a close walk to pool and beach. Also has a nice view of marsh on the back deck.
