Hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby is warm and cozy. Nice that there’s coffee and tea in the lobby along with the afternoon cookies. Continental breakfast is a full breakfast. Noticed that a bowl of fruit, oranges and bananas are left out throughout the day for folks to have a healthy snack. Good idea and the fruit doesn’t go to waste.

We love staying at Hampton Boise Downtown, kids love the pool. The only down side on this stay was the breakfast it is usally really good but their ovens were broken. Only bread & frozen breakfast sandwiches available. Hopefully its fixed soon.

Nice hotel poor staffing

The hotel was clean. The gentleman that checked me in was not helpful with parking. The parking said full even though it wasn't. . He said yes it says that even if its not.I had to use a garage 4 blocks away and pay additional for it. At 9:30 am the cleaning staff walked into my room without knocking and then looked around without out a word and left. Thankfully i had already gotten dressed.

We had an enjoyable experience. The check in process was easy. There is a parking garage that costs extra. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. They don’t have vending machines on the floors, just ice machines. They do have a little store in the lobby, but be prepared to spend some money. I would suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. All in all I would recommend this hotel.
