Apartment Nina is located in a quiet residential area, in a private family house. It is located on the ground floor and offers 450 m2 of fenced yard, free parking space, 2 terraces with seating, barbecue, deckchairs, awning... It is 61 m2 in size and equipped with modern furniture and high quality equipment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom and living room, bathroom with shower... Wi-Fi, Smart TV...
The space
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, measuring 61 m2, located in the residential part of Pazin, only 2.5 km from the city center. It is equipped with new high-quality furniture and equipment. It consists of a large bedroom with a 55" Smart TV, a double Boxspring bed that, if necessary, can be separated into two separate beds for one person each. In the living room, from which you can directly exit to the yard with a large terrace, in addition to the large 65 " Smart TV, there is a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for two people if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have at your disposal a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine... The bathroom has a shower cabin and is also equipped with a washing machine. The premises are heated by central heating in winter and are equipped with air conditioning. The apartment has no internal or external stairs, which makes it much easier to move around and use. The parking lot is in the yard of the apartment and is under video surveillance. The yard is a lawn and greenery. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. For the safety of the guests, the apartment is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector.
