Firstly the property address was given as Peach Springs, which was 2 hours away from the actual location of the address. We arrived at Peach Springs and then had to drive another 2 hours in dense darkness to the location. We arrived at 8:50 pm and managed to get the keys from the attending personnel in time before he left at 9:00 pm. We were asked to sign a form, and no instructions were provided regarding breakfast or any other details. A bit more attention regarding welcoming the guests would be more appreciated. People parked their cars outside their cabin. An earlier arrival guests occupied part of the front outside our cabin and hence I had to park my car elsewhere.

Cabins are super clean and the views are amazing! Plan ahead about meals because there aren’t many options and the one option closed by 5:30 p.m.

We were notified at 6:30 PM on night of check-in that no rooms were available -property was closed due to a watermain break from excessive rain received 1 week prior. Problems with water had existed all week prior to our arrival. Property did assist with lodging in a nearby RV Park.

The food selection was horrible. It was like a cafeteria in the hospital! No place to chill and have some drinks to watch a game or something. The cabin was ok, over looking the canyon but wanted to chill and have some beers and eat a nice meal. Wasn't happening. Had to drive like 30min to do so, and still no t.v but we were hungry. Plus no internet service, so no t.v. very nice people but i wouldn't go back there. Maybe make a day trip and stay somewhere else. My opinion

Their internet was down (not their fault) but there was confusion about tickets to Grand Canyon west that were supposed to be included in our reservation. They were given to us without any questions by them so we were happy overall with our experience

So disappointing. We arrived late and were told that there would be a security guard to check us in. They left us a key for a room that was in a desolate area and we had no idea it was even part of the property. We had to walk around with our luggage for an hour at 12am frantically looking for our room. Nobody there to help us. Was truly horrible and ruined our night. Unfortunate because cabin itself was nice and cozy!

Look somewhere else if you have the option.

Followed google maps and it took us through the cabin area. The guy got really angry with me. Almost turned around and left. View was nice. No soap in the bathroom.

I love the quietness around the cabin, the sunset and sunrise was beautiful! things to improve; having the shops open a little longer, restaurants for evening dinners, and more activities for kids at night (horse riding, smorse, music entertainment, etc.)

Comfortable, quiet and fantastic location!

You cannot beat the view from these cabins. The sun rises over the grand canyon and it's a short 2 mile walk to the edge - just gorgeous. And hardly anyone around. Sunset is also beautiful. Safe, clean, quiet. Convenient location - the Skywalk is just 10 minutes down the road (to the right). Overall a comfortable stay - just a few comments.... No store around to buy water, snacks, medicine, etc. so go prepared. Cars are all parked out front of the porch area where the view is. The restaurant closes at 5pm and the food is terrible (go 12 miles down to the left to the ranch restaurant instead). The AC is loud. No late checkout.

This property is within Grand Canyon west Tim area. We thought it was in Peach Springs and started driving but it turned out to be within Grand Canyon west rim facility run by the safe team who run the skywalk and Zipline

Stunning sunset, extremely remote

The view and cabin were amazing. It is worth mentioning that this is incredibly remote-GPS stopped working about thirty minutes before we got there. Be sure to pack food with you. There is one restaurant with limited options on the property but it closes at 5:15pm. We absolutely loved how quiet and tranquil it was, but it was not a dark sky area as listed, unless all of your neighbors turn out their porch lights. Absolutely stunning sunset though-do not miss it!!!

What a view

The view from the porch was amazing. Perfect for watching sunrise, sunset and stargazing. Close proximity to the skywalk made it easy to see the sights. Check-in and check-out staff were very helpful and friendly.

Explore the Grand Canyon's West End

These cabins are a great stay when taking in the west end of the Grand Canyon. Be sure to stop at the Grand Canyon West Ranch for dinner in the ranch house followed by a campfire and songs lead by Cowboy Dave. This was a fun experience in a beautiful setting.
