The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance to the living room featuring flatscreen satellite TV, fireplace, seating, and a DVD player. The dining room connects to a kitchen equipped with hob, boiling‑water tap, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, and fridge‑freezer. A flexible bedroom (single or double beds), a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a study complete the layout. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms (various double or twin bed configurations) and two bathrooms (one with bath tub), along with air conditioning, central heating, cot, washing machine, high chair, iron and board, and ironing board.

Outside offers a private roofed terrace overlooking a fenced garden with furniture, sun loungers, barbecue, parasol, and parking. A private pool, open May to October, invites relaxation.
