This spacious, bright vacation apartment with communal pool is located in Denia on the Costa Blanca. The living spaces are distributed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. There is a large living room and from the kitchen direct access to the terrace. The spacious terrace is divided into three different areas: two areas on the covered terrace, one of which is a rest area, and a sunny area where you can enjoy pleasant meals and watch beautiful sunsets.

You have access to two communal pools located in a large garden area. The pools are located between the two apartment blocks and therefore always offer a sunny and shaded area. You will stay here in an excellent location, just 300 meters from the natural beaches of Denia and close to a wide range of practical services.
